RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

EXCHANGE POLICY

1. The items should be unused and unwashed.

2. The standard exchange window for any product is 3 days from the date of delivery.

3. Exchange fee for the footwear is Rs.200/- which covers handling/processing/packaging.

4. Exchange requests that are not raised within the exchange window would not be accepted. 

RETURN POLICY

1. Because of the custom nature of our hand-painted products, we maintain a no-refund policy. We are confident that you will cherish the individuality and quality of your purchase.

2. Replacement can be done only if the product is damaged or if size issue.  

3. In case of damaged product, Replacement can be accepted only if the unboxing video of the product is uploaded/shared. Initiate the replacement process within 3 days of receiving the product.
